do I access the control panel for my account? |
The
control panel for your account can be accessed as follows:
http://www.yoursite.co.uk/admin
Where you substitute your site name for
the "yoursite.co.uk" bit. You will need to
have your username and password ready. Remember that
usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

| How
do I change my mail forwarding address? |
- Log
on to the control panel of your account.
- You
will see a table with your account information in
it.

Click the
button at the top of the table.
- Click
the [Mail] link in the right hand column of the table.
- Type
your new forwarding address in the "forward email
to" field.

Click the "Update Email" button to confirm
the new address.
- From
now on the new address will be in use.
- You
may also want to check the email
controlpanel page.

| How
do I retrieve my mail with POP3? |
- Setup
your email software to use the POP3 (incoming) mail
server "yoursite.co.uk" (substite your sitename
for "yoursite.co.uk").
- The
login name and password for the POP3 server are the
same as for the control panel of your account.
By
default the mail server for your account is setup for
automatic forwarding. Before you can collect your email
from the server you will have to disable the automatic
forwarding. This is done as folows:
- Log
on to the control panel of your account.
- You
will see a table with your account information in
it.

Click the
button at the top of the table.
- Click
the [Mail] link in the right hand column of the table.
- Remove
the email address from the "Forward email to"
field.

Click the "Update Email" button to confirm
the new address.

do I access my email over the web? |
The webmail for your account can be accessed as follows:
http://www.yoursite.co.uk/webmail
Where you substitute your site name for the "yoursite.co.uk"
bit. You will need to have your username and password
ready. Remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
If you do not know your password, then please click
here.
Please note that your mailbox will always be empty if
you use automatic forwarding. This is normal behaviour
and does not indicate a problem with your account.

statistics for your account can be accessed as follows:

can I see how much disk space is left on my account? |
- Log
on to the control panel of your account.
- Click
if needed the
button at the top of the table.
- The
amount of disk space free is shown in the "Current
Site Quota Usage" row in the top section of the
table.
